What can I take into the IELTS test room?
You must have the valid passport you used on the IELTS online registration (or application form) with you. Additionally, you may carry a clear water bottle which should not have any labels and must be see through.
You can bring pencils and erasers with you (some IELTS test centres will provide these to you during the test) but must leave everything else outside the test room.
Moreover, you won’t be allowed to bring mobile phone, calculator, tablets, iPpad, iPod, smartwatches, laptops, keyboard, headphones, fitbits, keys, wallets, purses, watches, etc. in to the test room. Mobile phones and pagers must be switched off and placed with personal belongings in the area designated by the supervisor.
